As tempted as I am to engage in a succesion of ”jeux de mots” about cheese, I will spare you the cheesiness.
Cheese is one of those simple things that can put a smile on your face. The word “cheese” contains the phoneme /i/, a long vowel which shapes your face into a smile. This weekend is The Seattle Cheese festival which means you can eat grandiose amounts of cheese, watch cheesemaking demos and drink lots of wine.
