Thierry Rautureau, the craftsman behind Rover’s is inviting guests this month to take a sneak peek at his upcoming bistro,  Luc.

This new kitchen and bar with food to go will be located directly next to Rover’s at the corner of Madison and 28th Ave. E.

This month, diners are invited to try the preview menu a la carte or enjoy 4 courses for $49.
