Sometimes life calls for delicate pleasures. Nope, you don’t want to sit down for another meal, all you want is your hands wrapped around a juicy sandwich. No time to wait for something to warm up.  The new Delicatus uses Northwest-sourced ingredients purchased directly from local farmers, artisan producers and suppliers of the finest regional products.

Imagine a deli that uses ingredients from Zoe’s meatsThe Essential Baking Co. and Brenner Brother’s Baking Co. all conveniently located in Pioneer Square (103 First ave S.). They also have a full bar, small plates and a happy hour that starts this Monday 4:30-6:30.

Rumor has it, the Magalitsa Wooly Pig Sandwich is the way to go.

Delicately put, this is what Seattle needs.
