Goodbye Txori and welcome Pintxos. Yes, it’s sad. Txori, Belltown’s quintessential Basque restaurant was a favorite for so many of us. Who could live without their chorizo con chocolate?
A new restaurant, Pintxos promises to fill the spot and continue the tradition of San Sebastian tapas in the heart of Belltown. Pintxos, the mingle between two former MySpace Employees, will have a menu made up primarily of bite sized morsels with fresh local ingredients, designed specifically for sharing and encouraging social interactions.
