Chef Kerry Sear at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle’s is throwing a “Party in the Plaza”  held just outside the entrance of the hotel, ART Restaurant’s Chef Kerry will be serving mini burgers, kosher hot dogs, cotton candy, fresh lemonade and more for only $2 each.
