Fremont’s newest restaurant brings comfort to the table with creative takes on Asian Street food.

Expect inventive flavor combinations with pancakes, dumplings and noodles from Rachel Yang and

Seif Chirchi the culinary duo that has been charming Wallingford with their popular French- Korean

restaurant Joule.  You will find menu items like pancakes with pork belly, kimchi and bean sprout

or 5 spiced duck balls, lacinato kale and smoked chili. Revel is  open for lunch Monday-Friday,

dinner 7 days a week and brunch starting in mid-January.  Adjacent you will also find Quoin, a bar

where you can get cocktails, beers and house-infused Soju, a Korean distilled beverage.
