Food Lovers’ Guide to Seattle, The Launch Party

It’s here. Time to party. The book is coming! I wanted to invite you all to my book launch party. The Shilshole Bay Beach Club’s Apulent Catering will serve food along with local restaurants and companies featured in the book. There will be surprises and more. Tickets are five dollars. All the ticket sales (excluding the Brown Paper Ticket fees) will go to Farestart, a local non-profit that provides a community that transforms lives by empowering homeless and disadvantaged men, women, and families to achieve self-sufficiency through life skills, job training and employment in the food industry. Shilshole Bay Beach Club’s Apulent Events and Catering, which is one of Seattle’s premier waterfront venues, will provide bites as well as a wide range of local establishments from restaurants to specialty shops to bakeries including Tom Douglas Restaurants, Olivar, Volunteer Park Café, Blackboard Bistro, The Tuscan Tea Room, The Swinery, Sugar Bakery & Café, Wheatless in Seattle, Fran’s Chocolates, Theo Chocolate and more. A cash bar will be available.
