There is no one specific resto that I frequent. I’m a nosher, so it’s having a bit here, a bit there, kind of how you move around in Spain having tapas. My go to comfort cuisine is Asian, anything from Korean, Chinese, Japanese & Vietnamese. Nothing like tasty dim sum & bbq roast pork to give me that umami sense of deliciousness.

I am a HUGE fan of Ranch Burger in Bothell. Mostly because they make my sons FAVORITE burger. Plus the Peanut Butter milkshake is OUTSTANDING!
